The wait is finally over. It must have seemed like the longest two weeks of your life. But now you are less than 24 hours away from kickoff. Now you finally have something else to pay attention to besides an expert putting the world of importance on finishing a regular season strong. Don’t get me wrong, I completely agree with them, but please stop saying it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, you’re depressing me. An expert doesn’t depress me, the competence lover, very often either. Well see who plays good football on Saturday; it’ll all be left out on the field.
Kurt Warner is coming into the Superdome for the second time to play a playoff game and the same place where he played in Super Bowl XXXVI against the New England Patriots. The last time Warner came in, it was a very unpleasant outing for the 39 year old QB for 90% of the ballgame throwing for 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions; this was until the Rams showed there undeniable ability once again to the nation to come back from an absurdely large deficit in a rediculously condensed amount of time, around 8 minutes to go in the game to be more precise. Then Warner would look on and watch one of his teamates, one you might have trouble naming (wink) drop the ball…..and the game slip away. He has not won it big in the Superdome yet, lets keep it that way.
