That kind of stuff happens all the time in college football and no surprise to see it happen here.
The Tiger opened up struggling against an unexpectedly fired up Tulane team with the false sense of a winning attitude that carried them to a 10-9 deficit in the Superdome on Saturday. But LSU was buying none of it as the 2nd half arrived, limiting Tulane’s offense, taking back the stats and the score with 24 unanswered points.
Final Score: LSU-34 Tulane-9.
Tulane post-game analysis-“We got our ass kicked in that second game… second half rather we got our asses totally kicked. We couldn’t do diddley poo offensively, we couldn’t make a first down, we couldn’t run the ball, we didn’t try to run the ball, couldn’t complete a pass, we sucked, second half we sucked. Everytime they got the ball, they went down and got points, we got our ass kicked in the second half. It was a horse sh** performance in the second half, horse sh** performance.
